Whereas we hope you never need to make a return or exchange, here at Bones Coffee Company we totally get that sometimes these policies are just necessary.

Coffee:
We do not offer returns or exchanges on our coffee as all of our coffee is roasted to order for peak fresh enjoyment!

Apparel/Gear:
Apparel and unopened gear may be returned for Credit or exchanged within 30 days of purchase as long as the items are still in the sealed, original packaging.
